Reliable Fixed Fee Monthly Pricing

Most of our clients opt for our reliable fixed fee pricing for a comprehensive Bookkeeping & Finance experience. To determine the fixed fee pricing, we will perform a fast and detailed review of the tasks, volume, and complexities of your specific needs. We are typically able to complete this review within 24 hours.

Monthly pricing ranges from a minimum $500 to $5,000. Unless there is a change in the required tasks or if there is substantial growth in revenue and transaction volume, you can count on this fixed fee remaining the same.

Project Work

You can utilize our extensive knowledge and efficiency for any number of projects within the realm of finance and bookkeeping. Some examples include financial modeling, optimizing your financial layout and structure, performing a review of your financials, payroll issues, inventory reconciliation, systems integration and much more. Project work can be billed at a fixed fee rate, with blocks of hours or on an hourly basis

Initial Set-up & Historical Catch-up

We understand you may be starting your books from the ground up and may have some months or years to be caught up, reconciled, and analyzed. We typically charge one month’s fixed fee for any catch-up work as an incentive to jump off the relationship.
